Shipping Policy

We ship all orders via DPD Parcel Locker or DPD Courier service depending on the destination.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and Estonian public holidays). Once dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a tracking link.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times

  • Estonia (Domestic):

    • Method: DPD Parcel Locker

    • Delivery Time: 3–5 business days

    • Rate: €4.99

      (Please write your preferred parcel locker name directly in the address field during checkout).

  • Latvia:

    • Method: DPD Parcel Locker

    • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

    • Rate: Fixed rate calculated at checkout

  • Lithuania:

    • Method: DPD Parcel Locker

    • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

    • Rate: Fixed rate calculated at checkout

  • Finland:

    • Method: DPD Parcel Locker

    • Delivery Time: 5–8 business days

    • Rate: Fixed rate calculated at checkout

  • Other European Countries:

    • Method: DPD Standard Shipping

    • Delivery Time: 8–12 business days

    • Rate: €30.00

(Please note: We currently do not offer free shipping options).

Shipment Tracking

When your order has been handed over to DPD, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to activate.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and contact us at info@luckycards.ee so we can resolve the issue with DPD.
